When the world is discovering how to make their city pollution free then UAE actually made a city that is pollution free. Most of you must have heard about Masdar city-"A Carbon free City". This place totally depends upon the solar energy as well as other renewable form of energy. There are many other countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait that are working in the progress of environment.

Ras Laffan C

Ras Laffan Power Company was forged in Qatar to build its first independent water and power plant. They structured different plants which are known as Ras Laffan A, B and C. Ras Laffan C will provide 2,730 MW of electricity and 63 MIGD of desalinated water which would make it the largest plant in Qatar.

Jazan Economic City Power Plant

With the beautiful location, this is the fourth city launched by Saudi Arabia. Jazan will evolve in the period of 25 years. There are many projects that are proposed for economic zone of the city like oil refineries, metal and mineral processing plants, aluminium smelters, fisheries, agro based industries and other power based plants. Not only this, the non-economic zone will comprehend of schools, hospitals and residential buildings etc.

Thus you can say that Middle East is striving to be the best in terms of infrastructure and energy resources. The ideas are greatly influenced and created while keeping in mind the environmental issues.
