'Int'l Permission,' Not Congress, As 'Legal Basis' For Action In Syria

Under question from Sen. Sessions at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing today, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey indicated that "international permission," rather than Congressional approval, provided a 'legal basis' for military action by the United States.

This means that the army doesn't need the OK of the US congress, but will use 'international permission' as the OK to commit to war. This is outrageous, if you didn't think much about this video. Another example of the destruction of our constitution.
